Restaurant Kaiserlich is celebrating its 5th anniversary on June 1st!

That’s why we raffle 5 tickets for the event «Schlemmerbuffet von Baum und Boden».
Gormandize together with four family members and/or friends on September 4th, 2010 and answer the

The chef recommends:
Melon cocktail with Parma ham crostinis and port, accompanied by baguette
Salad plate of the season with fried prawns and homemade garlic mayonnaise
Barbequed lamb fillets on ratatouille in truffle cream
Veal cheeks braised in red wine on tagliatelle in truffle cream
Fried Lake Victoria perch with mediterranean vegetables, tomato sauce and potato pâté
Fresh figs on a raspberry layer and home-made almond ice-cream
Sorbet of the season with house champagne
etc.

November 2008

On 03.11.2008, Restaurant Kaiserlich was awarded the first prize of the Hessian Gastronomy Award in the category BEST TRADITIONAL GERMAN CUISINE in the Bad Schwalbach spa rooms.

Hans-Jürgen Hautmann gladly handed over the Gastronomy Award to Veronika and Jens Kaiser. Mayor Reinhard Rupprecht congratulated (from left to right).


June 2008

On Monday, 16th of June, 2008, Jens and Veronika Kaiser congratulated their trainees Nadine Watzke and Miriam Schroth for passing their final exam. Nadine Watzke testified as a restaurant expert and Miriam Schroth as a cook at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Darmstadt. The two of them are born and bred in Babenhausen. Jens and Veronika Kaiser are very proud of that, because the ladies were the first trainees they taught and guided with success to the final exam after opening their restaurant in 2005.

Jens and Veronika Kaiser presented flowers and a voucher for a professional photo shooting ("Feeling like a model") to the young ladies.
